1. Mail to our office in Portland. We pay by business check. Allow 3-5 days for processing & 3-4 days for return mail delivery time. Make sure your package is taped securely.
2. Minimum denominations that we can use for a particular currency are in parenthesis, if applicable. Obsolete, non-redeemable, "junk" coins, and coins below the denomination threshold are paid out at at courtesy rate of $4.00/lb, tokens at $2.00/lb.
3. We use rate data from xe.com for the percentage-based calculations. We used fixed prices for currencies that are pegged to the USD.
